Welcome Baby Elyon | Regina Newborn Photography Session
There’s something incredibly special about photographing a baby in those very first days of life—the quiet moments, the tiny details, and the overwhelming love that fills the room. Baby Elyon Ode was just 12 days old when he came into the studio for his newborn session and he was an absolute dream to photograph in our timeless white space home studio.
Born on December 29, 2025, Elyon arrived already surrounded by so much love—especially from his three proud big sisters, who couldn’t have been sweeter or more gentle with their new baby brother.
A Peaceful Newborn Session
Elyon was calm and content throughout the session, settling beautifully into cozy poses and drifting off into that deep newborn sleep we photographers hope for. Wrapped snugly in soft textures and neutral tones, his session focused on keeping things simple and timeless—allowing his tiny features and peaceful expressions to take center stage.
Those sleepy stretches, relaxed hands, and delicate eyelashes are the little details parents often forget how small they once were. This stage passes quickly, which is why newborn photos are such a meaningful way to freeze time.
Why Newborn Photos Matter
Newborn sessions are best done within the first two weeks of life, when babies are still naturally sleepy and curl easily into those womb-like positions. Elyon’s session was a perfect example of how magical this window can be. These images will forever tell the story of his earliest days—days filled with love, closeness, and new beginnings.
